1. Club 216 is primarily a gay-owned and gay-operated club. Derogatory or negative remarks, comments or gestures regarding gays or the gay lifestyle are inappropriate and will not be tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave and escorted from the Club. No refunds of entry fees will be made. If a person is uncomfortable with this atmosphere, this club is not for them. DO NOT ENTER.

No one under 21 years of age is permitted to order, hold, or drink an alcoholic beverage. If anyone under 21 is found ordering, holding, or drinking an alcoholic beverage that person will be escorted from the Club and not allowed to return until they are 21.

3. Membership dues are $50 annually plus $5 general entry dues, excluding any special event. Membership renewal dues are $25. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

4. A member may entertain no more than four resident guests per thirty day period, and the same resident guests may not be entertained more than once per thirty day period on the Club premises. Guest entry fee is $15, excluding any special events. Guests must be at least 18 years old.

5. Firearms, weapons (including knives with blades over 3”), illegal drugs, be brought onto the Club property.

6. Gambling on the Club premises, including the parking lot, will not be tolerated.

7. Fighting on the club premises will not be tolerated. Any party involved in fighting may be barred from the Club.

8. No outside beverages may be brought into the Club with the exception of hard liquor.

9. Members may bring their own hard liquor into the club. Member’s guests may NOT bring hard liquor into the Club.

a. Member’s bottles of liquor must be in the original containers and must be checked at the door by an employee who will affix a label to each bottle that will include the member’s name, membership number, and membership expiration date.

b. The bottles must then be given to the bartender and remain behind the bar at all times while in the Club. The bottles may be taken with the member upon leaving the Club or may be left at the bar.

c. No mixed drinks may contain more than two measured shots or liquor.

d. Only the member may drink from their bottle unless the member has authorized another member or guest to drink from their bottle.

e. Members may leave their bottles at the Club only as long as their membership is current. All bottles remaining in the Club after a membership has expired will be dumped and the bottles thrown away.

10. No loitering in the foyer, by the door or in the Club parking lot or courtyard is permitted.

11. Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times. Club 216 staff shirts may not be worn in the Club by anyone except staff members.

Only employees are permitted behind the bar or inside the register area at the front door.

Club 216 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, including members in good standing.
